This document describes the rules of GULIANI Georgia (Individual Entrepreneur Giorgi Apulava, ID No. 53701065113) for processing personal data received through the website.

1. Scope

This policy applies to data that a user voluntarily provides to us for the purposes of partnership, dealership, distribution, HoReCa or other business communication.

2. Categories of data

• Identification data: name, company name
• Contact data: email, phone
• Communication content: message, request, area of interest
• Technical data: minimum information required to send the form and protect it from spam

3. Processing principles

We process data lawfully, fairly, transparently, for a specific purpose, and only to the extent necessary to respond to your request.

4. Recipients of data

Access to data is limited to those who need it to process your request. Formspree is used for the technical delivery of the form. Data is not shared with other third parties except as required by law.

7. Incidents and security

In the event of a data security incident, we will take appropriate measures to mitigate the risk and, where necessary, act in accordance with the legislation of Georgia.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated periodically. The updated version will be published on this page.
